Girls on the Run is a curriculum based program for Girls grades 3-8 that inspires them to be

confident, joyful, and healthy through running as an activity.  

The Middle School Heart and Sole program (Grades 6-8) specifically addresses the grwoing

needs of middle school aged girls.

Programs run every Spring and Fall at schools across Worcester County
