COVID-19 TeleHealth Counseling services are available at this time for individuals located in Central Massachusetts (Worcester County) and Southern NH. It is my intention that we can provide brief TeleHealth (1-2 sessions) of support and services to individuals struggling with the COVID-19 outbreak in our community. For parents with children under the age of 12, we will use this service to best equip you in managing not only your own anxiety/concerns about the illness, but also that of your children.
